Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority, we want you to be happy with your purchases. We accept returns or exchanges for unopened and unused items within 14 days of the date that the tracking number says the package was delivered. Please open your packages and be sure there is so damage or problems within the first 14 days. After 14 days, orders cannot be returned. We cannot give full refunds for open or used items.

Adhesive and Tweezers are not eligible for full refunds. If there is an issue or a user error we can provide assistance to resolving the problem or a store credit may be issued. 

Please be sure to double check the quantity, diameter, lengths, and type of lashes that you are ordering.
 Our return policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the arrival of your items.

Refund Requirements:

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:  

- Product is defective. 

- Product is unused in original packaging.

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. 

Proof of Purchase  

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.  

Sale and Clearance Items  

Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale or clearance items cannot be returned.  

Return Shipping 

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization. You will then be sent a pre-paid return shipping label which you will apply to the original packaging and bring to the appropriate shipping carrier (UPS, DHL, or USPS). You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged on arrival or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund. Once the package arrives back to our HQ, you will be issued a refund to the original payment method.
